About Louis Low

I'm Louis Low, a Senior Software Engineer and AWS Cloud Practitioner based in Singapore. I lead the geospatial work for Agronomy and Farming Services as the subject matter expert for GEOS, and I'm training into the Technical Lead role, where I back my team's technical growth through mentoring and research, and apply Scrum and SAFe to ship products our customers and stakeholders rely on.

Since 2017, I've honed my skills in full-stack development, specializing in geospatial and GIS platforms and cloud microservices that run on request and event-driven architectures: Apache Kafka, Redis caching, Auth0 machine-to-machine authentication and serverless AWS Lambda, built with NestJS, Node.js, Python, React and Angular, and delivered through CI/CD with the testing and monitoring to back them. My mission is to put that craft to work on the future of farming.
